THE AANCH

A sure shot attention grabber at every gathering. Our mini Angeethis provide those extra 8-10 minutes of dum to your Biryani right before serving and it gives the perfect smoky flavour and aroma of spices when you dig in to your Biryani.

THE BIRYANI

Biryani is prepared in an earthen pot called Handi, the rice and meat are layered, bottom and top layer are always rice. An interlayer of some condiments is introduced between the meat and the rice.  Hyderabadi Biryani is the kachay gosht ki Biryani or the dum Biryani, where the meat is marinated and cooked along with the rice. It is left on slow fire or dum for a fragrant and aromatic flavour.  Lucknowni or Awadhi Biryani is a pakki Biryani. The rice and meat are generally partially cooked separately in spiced water, then layered and cooked by the dum pukht method.  Kolkata Biryani is much lighter on spices and uses potato & egg to enhance its flavour. It is a sub variant of Lucknowi style of Biryani. 

THE KORMA

Korma is a noble dish that once graced the banquet tables of the imperial Mughal court, rich with cream and nuts and heavily scented with expensive spice, has become one of the most loved dishes in the world.  At BBK, The Korma is made by marinating the main ingredients in yoghurt, cashew paste and fresh ground spices to produce a mouth-watering thick sauce or glaze. We believe that BBK serves the best mutton, chicken & veg kormas in the country.

THE GALOUTI KEBABS

Galouti is a Lucknowi specialty made by marinating the finely ground meat. After mixing with herbs and exotic spices, the very finely ground meat is shaped roundly and fried in pure ghee until it is browned.  For the Galouti Kebabs. BBK minces the meat multiple times and marinates them in the most authentic way to make them surely melt in your mouths & hearts.  BBK special aromatic and flavoursome, Galouti kebab from the Awadhi table are bench marked against the best in India, and consistently voted the most favourite by customers.

THE PHIRNI

Originated during the Mughal Empire in India, BBK’s Special Phirni made with Traditional method will surely bring water in your mouth.  They are cooked on slow fire, simmered for hours till they turn creamy and then flavoured, garnished with chopped pistachios, almonds and saffron.  The most unique thing about BBK Phirni apart from taste is the earthen clay pot in which it is served making the experience most authentic.
